How to choose a cross-border connection
Start with your use case, then compare routes and billing. VPNMini brings device support, encryption, data, and refunds together in one service overview, so you can check the details before getting started. The interface panels below are illustrative; check the client for current route status.
During evening peak hours, compare route types first.
Judge reliability by how the connection performs
Your experience during evening peak hours depends on your local network, cross-border routes, and the destination service—not just the region name. VPNMini offers options including IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes. If loading slows down, compare different route types while keeping the destination region the same. Pause background downloads first, then check page loads, video buffering, and whether long-lived connections remain stable. After switching, stick with a route that works for you rather than changing frequently. A dedicated-route label is not a speed guarantee at every hour; test routes on your usual network and at the times you normally connect.
Local network → Route → Destination service
Military-grade encryption, paired with good account security practices.
Check connection encryption and account security separately
VPNMini describes its connection security as using military-grade encryption. Encryption protects data in transit, but your account password, subscription link, and sign-in details for destination websites still need to be kept secure separately. Treat your subscription link as an access credential: don’t include it in public screenshots or shared documents, or enter it on unfamiliar websites. On public networks, check the page address and that the connection is encrypted. You can create an account without an email address, but you still need to store your password securely. For details on data handling and your responsibilities when using the service, read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Unlimited devices connected at the same time.
Use one subscription across your devices
Work on your desktop and look things up on the go—there’s no need to choose a plan based on the number of devices you use at once. VPNMini supports unlimited simultaneous devices and works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Install the appropriate client on each device, then sign in to the user panel to get your subscription. Unlimited devices refers to the number of connected devices, not unlimited data; check your plan’s data allowance and billing terms before use. For household use, keep account credentials secure, don’t share your subscription link publicly, and check connection and background data usage on each device regularly.
For ChatGPT and Cursor, check the connection’s exit region first.
Check network access and account eligibility separately
If ChatGPT won’t load or a Cursor request is interrupted, first determine whether the page won’t load, sign-in is failing, or the service is showing an account eligibility notice. A network route may improve the connection path, but the destination service sets its own regional policies, account rules, and feature eligibility. Choose an exit region that meets the service’s requirements, then stick with a familiar route rather than switching regions repeatedly while signing in. If the service works in your browser but not in its app, check whether the app uses the same network path. VPNMini offers route choices, but cannot replace account review by the destination platform or guarantee that every AI feature will always be available.
Check the catalog, playback, and video quality separately.
Verify access by testing actual playback
Streaming catalogs on services like Netflix depend on your region, licensing, and account conditions. Being able to open the home page doesn’t mean the content you want will play. When choosing a route, check its exit region, search for a specific title, and start playback. Check subtitles, resolution, and whether playback continues smoothly. HD video uses data continuously, so choose a plan that fits your viewing habits. If you see a region or proxy notice, try another route and test again; don’t judge access by the region name alone. VPNMini’s route list is a guide to choosing a route. Content availability and playback conditions depend on the streaming platform at the time.
30-day refund policy.
Check the terms first, then test your usual use cases
When choosing a network subscription, check the refund terms alongside the price. VPNMini offers a 30-day refund policy; see the Refund Policy for details on how to request one. After getting started, test web browsing, work tools, and video playback on the networks you normally use. Don’t judge the long-term experience by a single connection. If you need help, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with your device platform, network environment, route region, and any error messages. Don’t include your full password or subscription link. Contact support about refunds and other after-sales matters in relation to your actual order; keeping your order details handy can help with verification.
No email required
Create an account with a username and password. Choose a username that’s easy to store and keep your password safe. Once your account is set up, you can find the client, plans, and subscription together in the user panel. Not asking for an email address is simply how the account setup works; it is not a promise about connection performance.
Already have an account? Sign in from the page header. If you run into a problem, describe what happened in a support ticket through the panel. Don’t submit account credentials on public pages.
Choose billing to fit your usage
For regular, long-term use, compare monthly subscriptions. For occasional trips or short-term research, consider a data package. Monthly subscription data resets each month on your activation date; data packages last until used and never expire. Compare when you’ll use the service and roughly how much data you’ll need. More devices alone don’t mean you need a higher data tier.

Global routes and route selection
VPNMini covers 100+ countries / 210+ routes. Coverage describes the available regions; it doesn’t mean every route works the same way with every website. The example below shows the kind of information you may see when choosing a route. Regions, cities, and route types are illustrative; check the client after signing in for current options.
Narrow down regions based on the destination service’s requirements, then compare IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes. IEPL dedicated routes use a dedicated network path; relay routes connect through an intermediary node; direct routes rely more directly on the path from your local network to the exit. Labels aren’t a substitute for testing: even within the same region, performance can vary with your local carrier, time of day, and destination website.
| Country / Region | City | Route type | Streaming |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | Los Angeles | Relay | Check results in the client |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | IEPL dedicated | Check results in the client |
| Singapore | Singapore | Relay | Check results in the client |
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL dedicated | Check results in the client |
| France | Paris | Direct | Check results in the client |
| Canada | Toronto | Relay | Check results in the client |
Connection check order
First, confirm that your local network can access regular websites. Then update your subscription in the client and choose a route. Once connected, open the website you actually want to use and check page loading, sign-in, and ongoing use separately. If only one website has a problem, there’s no need to change every setting right away. Keep the region the same, switch the route type, then check whether the issue is an account or region notice from the destination platform.
Route status below is provided by the page component as a guide to choosing a route; it does not guarantee sustained speed or availability. Test the actual experience on your own device and network.
Get the client / User panel
Clients and subscriptions for every platform
Sign in to the user panel to get your subscription. Sign in to download the client for Windows, macOS, Android, or Linux; iOS downloads also require an active plan. All links here lead to the user panel—there are no public direct links to installers or subscriptions.
Install the client for your operating system, then get your subscription from the panel and import it as prompted. Once set up, refresh the route list, choose a region, enable the connection, and return to your browser to test the websites you use most. Repeat these steps when setting up another device; you don’t need a separate plan for each one. If your system asks for network permissions, check the app source and read the system prompt before continuing.
After importing successfully, verify access too
Seeing a route list in the client only confirms that your subscription has been read. After enabling the connection, open the destination service to make sure access works. If the browser and app behave differently, check whether the app uses the network route configured in the client. If something goes wrong, note your operating system, the route name shown in the client, and the error message, then report it through a support ticket in the user panel. Hide account details and subscription links in screenshots to preserve useful troubleshooting information without exposing credentials.

Monthly subscriptions and data packages
Monthly subscriptions start at ¥9.9/month, with data resetting each month on your activation date. Every tier allows unlimited simultaneous devices; the main difference is the data allowance, not the number of devices. Choose based on how you normally use the service: browsing and text use less data than extended video playback or syncing large files.
60GB monthly subscription
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for browsing, reading, and occasional access. If you often stream video or sync files, keep an eye on your remaining data in the panel.
- 60GB included per month
- Resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day refund policy
250GB monthly subscription
¥18 / month
For a mix of everyday work access and streaming. If you share the subscription across devices, consider their combined data use when choosing an allowance.
- 250GB included per month
- Resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day refund policy
500GB monthly subscription
¥28 / month
For frequent, sustained use, video streaming, and file transfers. A higher data allowance doesn’t mean faster speeds; choose a route based on your actual network conditions.
- 500GB included per month
- Resets monthly on your activation date
- Unlimited devices
- 30-day refund policy
Data packages: use anytime; never expire
¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB
Data packages suit irregular usage or anyone who doesn’t want to plan data month by month. They’re used from the amount purchased and never expire; monthly subscription data resets on your activation date. The difference is how data is allocated over time—not an automatic monthly top-up. Before choosing, consider how regularly you use the service and compare the available data amounts.
When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and a 30-day refund policy is available. Before paying, check the plan name, billing method, and order total. After payment, return to the user panel to check the order status and get your subscription. If the order status doesn’t match your payment, keep your payment record and submit a support ticket; don’t pay again repeatedly.
View all plans →When comparing services, start with the details you can verify
Choosing a VPN isn’t just about coverage figures or plan names. First check whether it works on your platform, whether there are device limits, and whether the billing fits your usage. Then review the refund terms and support options. VPNMini lists its monthly subscriptions, data packages that never expire, unlimited devices, and no-email account setup. Test connection performance on your usual network. Comparing these details separately helps you assess price, terms, and real-world access—and adjust your plan or route later if needed.
