Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on the first of the month. Before scheduling downloads or syncs, check your plan and usage on the overview page—don’t assume data resets at the end of the month. Mid-cycle upgrades prorate the price difference for the remaining days. Review the change shown in the panel before confirming it fits your needs.

Data Packs: Use Until Depleted, Never Expire

Getting Connected and Troubleshooting

Military-grade encryption helps protect your connection. Access to AI tools, streaming, and other international websites is also subject to each service’s account, regional, and content rules. Plan data doesn’t include third-party memberships or guarantee access to content in every region.

For help, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Include your platform, selected route, where the issue occurs, and any error message to help distinguish account issues from client settings or website restrictions. Don’t post subscription links or full account credentials publicly.

“Unlimited devices” doesn’t mean each device gets a separate allowance, and “never expires” doesn’t mean data is unlimited. The first describes how many devices can be online at once; the second describes how long unused data in a pack remains valid. The selected plan’s allowance still sets the amount of data available.

From Plan Selection to Activation

No email address required—create an account with a username and password. In the user panel, choose a monthly plan or data pack, then select an allowance. When reviewing your order, check the plan name, billing method, and amount due to avoid confusing a monthly plan with a data pack.

Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT and follow the instructions on the order page. For payment addresses, amounts, or other payment details, rely on the current order. Don’t copy payment information from public articles or messages forwarded by others.

After paying, return to the user panel to check the order status, then confirm your plan and data on the overview page. If the payment status hasn’t updated yet, don’t assume the payment failed just because you closed the payment page. First verify the order, keep your payment record, and contact support through a ticket to avoid submitting payment again before the status is clear.

How many devices can I use at once?
