Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund scope, request process, and payment handling principles for VPNMini subscriptions. Submit requests through an account support ticket; order checks and follow-up updates will be handled in the same ticket.

Refund Period and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Eligibility is verified against the time of the first successful payment. Requests submitted within this period remain eligible even if verification or payment-provider processing continues beyond it.

This commitment applies to paid orders for this service, including monthly subscriptions and data packages. You do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service or cite connection issues as a condition of your request. Refunds are based on verified payment records, and the same payment will not be refunded more than once.

Requests made after the refund period are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment above. For transaction issues such as duplicate charges or an incorrect order status after payment, you can still submit a support ticket for review. The payment record should still be checked even if the refund period has passed.

Usage Records and Exceptional Cases

Normal connections, client use, and data consumption within a plan are not grounds for denying a no-questions-asked refund within the eligible period. This policy sets no separate thresholds for data usage, trial attempts, or device count. “Data packages never expire” refers to the validity period of the data, not an extension of the refund period.

If there is unusual usage beyond a plan’s allowance, an account violation, a payment dispute, or a mismatch in order ownership, this service will review the relevant order and usage records. An anomaly flag alone does not determine the refund outcome. If further information is needed, the items under review will be explained in the support ticket; a vague statement such as “already used” or “account issue” is not a substitute for an explanation.

Orders that have not been paid successfully, have been canceled, or have already been refunded have no same-payment amount available for another refund. For transactions made through another platform, contact the actual recipient of the payment.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the account used for payment, open the support ticket page, explain that you are requesting a refund, and include the order number, payment method, and payment date. If the order does not yet appear as successful in your account, you can also provide the payment record to help verify the transaction.

Keep only the details needed to verify this transaction on your payment receipt; you may cover other transactions and unrelated personal information. Do not submit your account password, full subscription link, or wallet private key. This service does not need these credentials to process a refund.

After submitting your request, add any further information to the original ticket and check for replies to avoid splitting the record across duplicate requests. No email address is required; refund communication takes place through an account support ticket. If you cannot sign in for now, use the panel’s sign-in entry to resolve account access issues.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

As a rule, refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the result is shared after verification. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, refunds are handled through the corresponding original transaction where possible. Check the support ticket status alongside your payment statement for updates on receipt.

Request verification, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider and receiving account; this policy does not promise a fixed processing time. If you have received a refund notification but it has not appeared on your statement, explain this in the original ticket so the transaction can be checked further.

If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, this service will explain why first and discuss available options after confirming order ownership. Do not share fund-transfer details on public pages or with an unverified recipient.

Special Payment Methods and Post-Refund Access

USDT payments involve on-chain transactions and cannot be treated like reversals of original Alipay or WeChat Pay transactions. Include the relevant transaction identifier with your request. If a refund is needed, the original payment record, network, and receiving address will be checked in the support ticket. Confirm the refund arrangements and any payment-channel limitations before processing; no exchange rate or converted receipt amount is promised by default.

Once a refund is complete, the subscription or data benefits associated with the refunded order will end. The client may need to refresh to show the updated status. Submitting a request does not mean funds have arrived; the final outcome is based on the support ticket confirmation and actual transaction records.
