Terms of Service

VPNMini provides international routes for cross-border access, subscription management, and links to obtain client apps. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and connection methods are those shown in the user panel and client app.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, content licenses, or membership benefits for third-party websites. When accessing international websites, users must still comply with each platform's regional, account, and content-use rules. A successful network connection does not grant eligibility to use those services.

No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure, and do not display them publicly or let others manage them. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel with details.

The service allows an unlimited number of devices to be online at the same time, but this does not permit reselling or distributing accounts to others. Accounts are for the account holder's use on devices they manage. Sharing login credentials, publicly distributing subscription links, renting out accounts, or providing paid access to third parties through the service is prohibited.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data bundles remain available until used and do not expire. Before confirming a plan, check its billing method, data allowance, and price. See the Plans page for available options.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any regions involved in their use of the service. Users are responsible for confirming that their use of network acceleration services is lawful. The service must not be used for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access, or other unlawful activity.

Launching network attacks, sending spam, distributing malicious software, or using automated requests to disrupt other networks or the normal operation of the service is prohibited. Users are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. An unlimited device allowance does not permit resource abuse or disruption of other users' connection experience.

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, device settings, target website status, and maintenance. The service does not guarantee that every route will always be available, or that specific websites, regional content libraries, or third-party features will remain accessible. Changes to third-party platform rules may affect existing uses.

Maintenance or troubleshooting may interrupt connections. If an issue occurs, keep the error message and report it through a user panel ticket. Users should back up important data and should not rely on this service as the sole connection for critical business operations. Liability and remedies are subject to applicable law; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

In cases of unlawful use, attacks, account resale, public distribution of credentials, or other material violations of these terms, VPNMini may take measures based on the risk, including restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts. Access may be suspended first when necessary to prevent further harm.

Users who dispute an outcome may submit a ticket through the user panel, explain the relevant facts, and provide necessary information. The service will review disputes based on verifiable information. Subscription expiry, data depletion, and termination for violations are distinct situations; account status is determined by the user panel and related notices.

If service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to usage rules require updates to these terms, VPNMini will publish the revised terms on this page and update the date. Changes that materially affect users' rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will comply with applicable law and will not retroactively reduce rights users have already acquired under the law.
